We are very proud of Dara Walsh, Maigh Cuilinn, who started his rugby days and honed his craft as an U5 to U15 with Oughterard Rugby.
He is now continuing as an excellent player for St. Enda's Secondary School, Galway Corinthians R.F.C., Connacht Rugby, and Irish Rugby.
Not only does Dara play for Connacht Rugby's U18s, but he was recently selected to take part in the IRFU U18s Club Camp and will be playing in Cosenza, Italy during October. We are very proud of you Dara!
Dara is the third Walsh brother from Maigh Cuilinn to be selected to play rugby for both Connacht and Ireland. His two older brothers, Bryan and Seán, have both travelled the world playing rugby for Ireland underage. Huge congratulations to the Walsh family and their parents, Michelle and David, and extended family.
